Terms and Conditions – Luckweel

Last updated: 20/10/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of the Luckweel hearing amplifier from Luckweel. (“we”, “us” or “our”). Our contact details are Glenfield House, Glenfield Park One Unit AD300A, Philips Rd, Blackburn BB1 5PF, care@luckweel.co.uk

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They do not affect any rights you have under consumer law.

1. What the product is

The Luckweel hearing amplifier is a personal sound amplification product. It amplifies sounds picked up by its microphone and plays them through its speaker or earpiece.

It is not a hearing aid and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or correct hearing loss, tinnitus or any other medical condition. It does not identify the cause or type of a hearing problem, assess your hearing, or replace advice, assessment or treatment from a GP, audiologist or other qualified healthcare professional.

The product is not individually selected, programmed or adjusted following a clinical hearing assessment. It may make some sounds louder, but this does not mean that it corrects hearing loss or will make speech clearer for every user or in every situation.

2. Seek professional advice about hearing concerns

If you think your hearing is getting worse, arrange a hearing assessment or speak to a GP. Do not use this product to delay seeking advice or to decide for yourself what is causing a change in your hearing.

Seek urgent medical advice if you experience sudden hearing loss in one or both ears, hearing that worsens over a few days or weeks, or hearing loss accompanied by ear pain or discharge. If sudden hearing loss occurs, contact your GP urgently or NHS 111.

If you have persistent or worsening ringing, buzzing or other noises in your ears, stop using the product and seek advice from a healthcare professional.

3. Safe use

Read and follow the instructions supplied with the product. Use only the settings, accessories, charging equipment and cleaning methods specified by the manufacturer.

For safer use:

  • Start at the lowest volume setting and increase it gradually only as needed.

  • Keep the volume at a comfortable level. Do not turn it up to overcome loud background noise.

  • Do not use a volume setting that feels uncomfortably loud or causes pain, discomfort, ringing or other symptoms.

  • Take regular breaks, particularly during extended use.

  • Stop using the product if it causes discomfort, irritation, pain, dizziness, ringing or a worsening of existing symptoms.

  • Do not use the product in any situation where wearing it could prevent you from hearing alarms, traffic, machinery, or other important safety sounds.

  • Keep the product, its accessories and any batteries away from young children. Follow the manufacturer’s battery warnings and charging instructions.

  • Keep the product clean and dry as directed in its instructions. Do not share earpieces or ear tips unless they are designed to be safely shared and have been cleaned as instructed.

Sound that is too loud, or exposure to loud sound for too long, can damage hearing. Excessive sound exposure may also be associated with ringing or other tinnitus symptoms. This product’s volume control does not guarantee a safe sound level for every person, setting or duration of use. If the sound seems too loud, reduce the volume or stop using the product.

4. Product information and results

We take reasonable care to describe the product, its features and what is included in the package. Product images are illustrative; colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or production batch.

Individual experiences will vary. We do not promise that the product will improve a particular person’s hearing, understanding of speech, tinnitus, or ability to hear in any particular setting. Any product specifications, performance figures or compatibility statements will be limited to those supported by the product manufacturer’s documentation.

5. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and available delivery options will be shown before you place your order.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will confirm whether we have accepted it by sending an order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order—for example, because an item is unavailable or there is an apparent pricing error—we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that order.

Payment is taken using the payment method selected at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details.

6. Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed date with you.

Please contact us at care@luckweel.co.uk if your order has not arrived within the stated delivery estimate. Your statutory rights relating to delivery are not affected by this section.

7. Returns and cancellation

Your legal cancellation rights for online orders

If you buy online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us at care@luckweel.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may also use the cancellation form below.

You may inspect the product as you reasonably could in a shop. If it has been handled more than necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting reduction in value. We will not reject a return solely because the outer packaging has been opened.

Where you cancel within the statutory period, we will refund the standard delivery charge you paid, as required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only need to refund up to the cost of standard delivery. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to pay it or the goods are faulty.
