GETTING STARTED

From box to ears in six steps.

No apps, no appointments, no fiddling.

Charge Everything

Charge the case first. Using the included USB C cable, for at least 3 hours. Then place the amplifiers in the case, left in L and right in R, and check the display.

Charge Everything

Pick your tip

Start with the medium tip. If it feels loose, go up a size; if it presses, go down.

Place them in your ear

Hold the amplifier by its body, angle the tip gently into the ear canal opening and rotate until it sits snugly and comfortably. Match L to your left ear and R to your right.

Set your volume

Start low, in a quiet room, then raise the level a step at a time until speech is clear but comfortable.

Remove & recharge

Take them out by the body, wipe them with a dry cloth and return them to the case. They recharge while stored, and the display shows when they are ready.

THE CHARGING CASE

Your charger and your pocket case.

The case holds both amplifiers, one in each side marked L and R.

Put them in after use and they charge from the case. The display on the front shows the battery level.

FIT GUIDE

Fit matters more than anything.

A good fit is what makes sound clearer and keeps them comfortable. The soft silicone tips come in try each until one feels secure without pressure.

Snug, not tight

The tip should feel secure and comfortable. If it hurts or leaves marks, go down a size.

Whistling or squealing?

This is usually a loose fit or the volume being too high. Try a larger tip and re-seat the amplifier.

Left and right

Each amplifier is marked L or R. They are not interchangeable.

Give it a few days

It takes time to get used to hearing everyday sounds again. Wear them for short periods first and build up.

CARE & CLEANING

Keep them clean and they'll keep working.
