Postage and packaging is free for single-item orders sent to most UK addresses. Free standard delivery excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and other UK islands. Any applicable delivery charge or service restriction will be shown at checkout.
Standard delivery
The Luckweel Rechargeable Hearing Amplifier is sent with Royal Mail using its standard delivery service. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Express delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® is available for £9.25 for the first item, plus £3 for each additional item. It is intended for delivery by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. Royal Mail’s postcode exceptions apply, so some destinations may take longer.
Express delivery cut-off
Orders must be received by 1pm on a working day to be eligible for next-working-day express delivery, provided the item is in stock and dispatched that day. Orders received after 1pm are not eligible for next-working-day delivery and will be processed on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically offered at checkout. Royal Mail states that Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm is guaranteed for the next working day, subject to its exceptions.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back, and include your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and a free return label.
If you contact us within 14 days of delivery, you can cancel your order under your statutory cancellation rights. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been handled beyond what’s needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
From day 15 to day 30, our extended returns period applies to products that are unused, complete and in their original condition. Please include all items supplied with your order.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this returns policy.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and refund eligible orders to the original payment method within 14 days. If you paid for express delivery, we’ll refund up to the cost of our standard delivery option.
What is the Luckweel Rechargeable Hearing Amplifier?
It’s a lightweight, in-ear pair designed to amplify everyday sounds. The set comes with a charging case that displays the left and right battery levels.
Does it come as a pair?
Yes. The set includes two amplifiers, one for each ear.

How do I tell the left amplifier from the right?
Each amplifier is marked for its side. Match the left and right devices to the corresponding ear.
How do I get started?
Charge the amplifiers in their case, then follow the instructions supplied with your set. If the volume is adjustable, start low and increase it gradually to a comfortable level.
How do I adjust the volume?
Use the controls described in the instruction manual. The available controls can vary by model, so check the supplied guide for the correct steps.
Will they feel comfortable?
They have a lightweight in-ear design. Comfort and fit can vary from person to person, so make sure the amplifiers sit securely without causing discomfort.
Can I use just one amplifier?
The set is designed as a pair for both ears. Check the instruction manual for guidance on using one side at a time.
Do they connect to a phone by Bluetooth?
No, there is no bluetooth connectivity. No apps, no connecting just insert them into your ears and switch on!
Are they waterproof?
They are not advertised as waterproof. Keep the amplifiers and charging case dry, and follow the care instructions supplied with your set.
How do I charge the amplifiers?
Place the amplifiers in the charging case and follow the instructions supplied with the product.
What does the display on the case show?
It shows the battery level for the left and right amplifier separately.
How long does the battery last?

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Does the product have a warranty?
